Why should I buy from Hoops North?
We're a Canadian-owned retailer specializing in premium basketball systems. We provide expert product advice, Canadian shipping, and ongoing customer support to help you choose the right hoop with confidence.
Are Goalrilla hoops worth it?
Goalrilla basketball systems are known for their tempered glass backboards, heavy-duty steel construction, and professional-level performance. They're designed for players who want exceptional durability and rebound quality.
Are your basketball hoops covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our premium Goalrilla and Silverback basketball systems are backed by manufacturer warranties, with many models offering lifetime coverage on key components.
Do you offer installation?
While Hoops North does not provide installation services directly, many customers install their systems themselves or hire a local contractor. We're happy to answer installation questions and provide product documentation.
Can I install the hoop myself?
Many customers successfully install their own basketball system. We recommend having at least two people available for installation and carefully following the manufacturer's instructions.
When can I expect my order?
Orders leave our warehouse typically within 1-5 business days*. Please allow 7-10 business days for your hoop to arrive. Often, the closer your destination is to our Mississauga warehouse, the quicker you’ll receive your hoop.
How do I track my shipment?
Because we ship hoops as freight, we are unable to provide tracking details to the customer. Once the hoop arrives at your local hub, the trucking company will call to schedule an appointment for delivery.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damage as soon as possible. If there is a shipping issue, we'll work with you and the freight carrier to help resolve it.
Do I have to be home to receive my shipment?
Yes, someone must be present at the time of delivery to check the condition of and sign for the product.
Do you ship to Rural Addresses in Canada?
Due to the quality of the products we carry, they are considered oversize and can be a challenge to ship to rural addresses. Due to the variability of the cost of shipping to these addresses, we can only quote freight at the time of order. We apologize for any inconvenience, however we will make every effort to find a feasible solution to deliver products to all of our customers.
Hoops North reserves the right to cancel and fully refund a customer order if a suitable shipping solution cannot be arranged.
